shocking attitude

<p>I just spoke to Bryan at the HPCSA. I asked him why i was taken off the register and explained that instead of paying 1600 last year i paid 500 rand short. He then told me I now owed 5500 penalty. I started trying to explain something to him and he starts talking and screaming over me telling me that i will remain deregistered until I pay 5500. Who speaks to their customer like that so disgusting. People make mistakes so I payed a bit short and I absolutely refuse to pay 5500 penalty when I actually paid on time but just paid the wrong amount by mistake which I have now corrected. Teach your staff to speak to customers properly. Unacceptable but didnt expect anything less </p>
