Reversal of duplicate payment

On 05 May 2015 I paid in an duplicate amount under the registration ANT***. I send HPCSA mail 29 May 2015 with all the relevant documentation asking them to reverse the money of R768.00 back into my account. I have sent numerous mails and can see they are reading my mails but they do not respond to me at all. When I call in they keep on saying they cannot assist me and keep on transferring me where I get to a voicemail on a daily basis. it is now 3 weeks since I have submitted all the paperwork requested from me to HPCSA and yet I cannot get the money reversed. the bank cannot reverse the money as it was paid EFT and said only HPCSA can do it. I urgently need the money and currently it is still showing as a credit in this registration. I cannot keep on calling and mail them if I do not get any responses back and no one to assist me on the phone. can you please help me get my money back as it is 3 weeks now and still nothing is done. I have all the mails that was sent to them on my computer.
