Protecting the Health Care Professionals not patients

I agree with Amber's post with reads as ffl-

"Worst service that I have ever experienced! One star is even too much credit. Terrible is an understatement for the service. I have registered in September and still have not been helped. I have called a million times, sent a million emails. My case has even been escalated to managers and still nothing." I also registered a case in September 2021 & have since been given many excuses for failing to make a finding. On 31 October 2022 I sent an email to them with a letter to the commissioner with 5 attachments on another case. To date they have not responded. They are protecting the service providers because they are their members & pay fees to them.
