Poor service delivery

I have been requesting my internship duty certificate from the HPCSA since January. I have been waiting for 4 months now, and I need it urgently as I am immigrating. I have emailed numerous times and have received no response. This is unacceptable service to health care professionals who pay high annual fees and receive absolutely no assistance.
