Pathetic for a national council

<p>As a psychology student I am required to be registered with the HPCSA in order to obtain my degree legally. This registration was handed in via my tertiary institution in March 2015, a few months later my college requests that we personally handle the registration as the HPCSA is not processing bulk applications fast enough. I phoned the HPCSA'S offices and was told that the registration is still pending. A little while later I logged a complaint on their website and received an automated email with a case number which was assigned to someone within the council, the email also said that if I do not receive a response from this person within 5 working days I must email this person. The person did not respond so I sent an email requesting feedback on the matter, this email was also not attended to. I am very disappointed in their service and will be taking the matter further. </p>
