Pathetic and Absolutely Unacceptable!

<p>This review serves to express my dissatisfaction with the poor and pathetic service of theHPCSA. A few months after paying our HPCSA registration fee, a colleague and I both received a notification from HPCSA that no payment was received. Unfortunately for us, we made cash deposits at ABSA bank and when receiving the notification from HPCSA months later, the deposit slips were misplaced. We had to repay. </p> <p>In 2015 I was audited for CPD points. Submitted all certificates and completed the form. Last week (almost a year later) I receive a letter from HPCSA that I am non-compliant as no documentation was submitted. I especially obtained records from the university for my post-graduate ethics module which I have completed. I need to go search for these certificates again as I have relocated a few times. What a waste of time and money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think as a council HPCSA is really doing nothing at all for its members! The admin is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. Please keep proof of payments - I think it is a technique used to get more money out out members. </p>
