NO SERVICE, despite payments made

The HPCSA has gone from bad to worse over the past years.

Despite having paid our annual fees already, we are unable to access our updated documents. Phones are going unanswered, emails left without reply. Yet they demand payment annually, and increase the fees yearly for absolutely NO SERVICE rendered...

Utterly pathetic and this "governing Body" should not even exist!
