No response from HPCSA

On November 2017 I lodged a complaint against my doctor with the HPCSA. They acknowledged receipt of my complaint. However, since the beginning of February 2018 I have been emailing them to ask for progress in my case. I have been emailing the two people who acknowledged receipt of my complaint: Madeline Kwele ********** and Brenda Molelekeng Motsoko ********** Both of them have been ignoring my emails. None of them ever comes back to me.
