No response ever

<p>I have emailed the HPCSA on more than five occassions which queries regarding how to become and accredited service provider for the purpose of being able to provide CPD points to practitioners and also to fijnd out how to register as a student counsellor. Emails simply do not get a response and the phone does not ring, no matter which extention I try. It is hard to believe that this institution is responsible for ensuring that our health providers and insititutions comply to required standards and regulsations since they seem to be completely *********** and nonresponsive. What on earth is going on at the organization?? And what are we supposed to do??? </p>
