No reply ever from HPCSA

I downloaded and completed the refund form from the HPCSA website, i paid over R6000 in September last year to reregister, then was told i had to do a refresher course which i decided not to do as i am moving away. I was never reregistered and there this money must be refunded to me. I mailed Khuliso as instructed on the form, I even received a read receipt from my mail and followed up with mails requesting feedback but have had no response? I clearly indicated this was urgent as well. I never get a reply from the HPCSA and perhaps will on this forum?
