Neglect of their members

The service of the HPCSA is appauling,they never reply to their emails and when you do call you wait forever on the fone till airtime runs out.I have been to contact them to renew my Health License but to no success,I have sent all the required documents but its more than 2 weeks now without any reply,this is frustrating me as i have a job opportunity waiting for me and I was given a certain time to sort out my health license so that I can start practising.Your assistance would be appreciated.The emails of the people in charge of registrations are *** and ***ks
