My daughter went to ...
My daughter went to fetch her certificate at Wits and annoyingly she was told to come back tomorrow as printing won’t be done today, where will she get money for Uber again tomorrow which is 370, why are they delaying and treating our children with such lack of professionalism and sense of urgency, they are closing tomorrow and money to go back there is a huge problem, why can’t they have another form of collecting the certificate, this is disgusting and annoying

23 Dec 2021, 14:31I am waiting for feedback, you said my child will receive an sms to collect her certificate today and nothing has been sent and today is the last day, why are we blacks getting such pathetic service, why don’t you have courier service because it is costly to go to Wits for collecting certificates, this is so annoying and unacceptable and unprofessional, I need answers before the end of business day before I escalate to all who are in charge at HPCSA
