Medical and dental council protect their kind

Lodged a complaint on January 2018 about a general practitioner who demanded cash and not card payment as my medical aid was exhausted. Lodged the complaint and heard nothing from the medical and dental council. Phoned them and was asked to email complaint again with no luck. I guess they close ranks and protect their kind.
