INCOMPETENCE & NON PERFORMANCE

I made an application to the HPCSA in June 2013 for the upgrade of qualification & emailed proof of payment on the 12/06/2013, with all supporting documents posted to the HPCSA on the 19/06/2013. After repeated failed follow ups with *********** individuals labelled as\consultants""; & she responded to my emailed query on the 27/08/2013; at that point the docs could not be located as it couldn't be tracked. On the 10/04/2014; I once again approached Modern; &through her follow ups she informed me that the docs were sitting at a different department; because the copy of degree submitted was not notarised as per requirement; yet I received no feedback about this; I'm not telepathic to have envisioned this during that passing year. I then submitted the correct notarised doc &once again have yet to receive feedback since; on follow up today with Jennifer Duplessis I was told the documents were not captured????<br> <br> Now as far as I understood; this is a professional body; must I still then do an application;phone the staff and also instruct them on how to process the application? as clearly they are incapable!!!"""
