Impossible to deal with HPCSA

I have paid to renew my professional registration, but they have not updated my card and are still asking me to pay. I have not had a single reply to any of my emails (which I have been sending for the last week), the finance department just sends automated replies with no way to contact them otherwise, and it is impossible to reach them via telephone if you dont have an hour plus time to waste. Terrible service for professionals and the amount they pay
