HPCSA's shocking service!!

HPCSA is about to cost me a job offer with their unhelpful and unresponsive services. I paid for the restoration of my practice card(form 18) on the 14 December 2021 and I was informed that it would be done in 14 days. I followed up again after 14 days and there was an extension of days added, 21 days. I spoke to Rose again on the 24/01/2021 and was told an email will be sent by today. I followed up again today because there is no email sent, spoke to Rose again and now has a completely different story, delaying me again which will probably leave me unemployed in this new year despite having a job offer at hand. Rose was now rude and disrespectful, she didn't want to put me through to anyone else instead she hung up. The company that has offered me a job after being unemployed for 7 months now, is only waiting on this renewal for a month now, in order for me to resume. I am at my Wit's end and desperate for assistance before I lose this job offer.
