HPCSA Unresponsive

I app**** for a certificate of good standing on 19/12/22 and have still not received a response. Usually the process took less than 2 weeks. I urgently require the certificate for a job application and it is delaying the process. I have tried to contact HPCSA telephonically but calls go unanswered and emails are returned. I would greatly appreciate some assistance in expediting the process.
