HPCSA unresponsive

I am a health professional registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). HPCSA is notoriously bad at getting things done and phones just ring unanswered. Every year when it is time to renew registration they happily take our money (and it's not small change) but it's a struggle to get your registration certificate eventhough it's an electronic system. I requested a letter of Goodstanding from HPCSA on 7 October 2021. I paid R680 for it and provided an affidavit and even a police clearance certificate but I have been met with silence despite resending my email weekly to ***. It has been over 2 months and still no response. There is no complaints section to lodge a complaint and phoning is just futile since they do not man their phones. I do not know what the hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals pay them good money for each year.
