HPCSA - Telephone is unanswered, and No response to emails

I have phoned HPCSA repeatedly every day for the whole of the week Mon 5th April through to Friday 16th April, several times a day, and every time holding on for 10 to 20 minutes, listening to a message telling me that my call was important to them, but nobody answered. I also sent 3 emails, but no response to my emails and its a week later. I am wanting to complain about the behaviour of a doctor and I need assistance to complete the complaints form.
