HPCSA REFUSES TO PAY BACK MY MONEY

I have paid twice for hpcsa annual registration fees. I app**** for a refund towards the end of July 2022 and I was advised to wait for 40 working days. I made a follow up telephonically and via email but up to date no one responded to my emails. I have not received my money back and no one is willing to assist me.
