HPCSA incompetence

HPCSA should close their doors, it would be better for all practitioners. If I could give them a 0, I would! I have submitted my request to change my registration and after the 10 working days turn around time have passed, I started following up, with no success. I have been phoning, only for the official to put the phone down while I am still speaking (most of them have 0 phone manners) and I have been emailing this *** email address and they only say your matter has been escalated. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. How many time can my complaint & request be escalated before HPCSA decides to do their job!!?? HPCSA is delaying my registration and causing me loss of income because of their incompetence.
