HPCSA complaints of no use

The complaints department of the HPCSA is a waste of time and of no use. After complaining that my physician did not respond to a repeat prescription for my diabetes the did not take any action and after me having to make a plan to get medication before ending up in hospital and my physician not having a doctor standing in for him the HPCSA just accepted the fact that I received my prescription 3 weeks later. I also complainted to the HPCSA that the prescription from my physician JLF Kock from Unitas was incorrect as the units of my insulin was incorrect. Again the HPCSA took no action. Useless and pathetic!!!!!
