Hpcsa?

I spoke to a lady called Thuli who is very unfriendly.I left the conversation with little info like when i first called.

Its also very frustrating when you need assistance and the phone is always engaged or its left unanswered when they clearly state what time they at work and what time they knock off.This is so unprofessional and frustrating.
