HPCSA

A complaint was lodged to the legal department regarding dental work done on my wife by a local dentist.

Needless to say that the work has been redone by another dentist, and correspondence from the HPCSA has been NIL. Virginia Ngobeni and Maluxole Mdingi seem to be the team handling claims, neither of which seem to respond to any queries which i have lodged over a few years. Seems a pity that departments are established where very little is done
