Horrific service delivery

I accidentally made an EFT payment to HPCSA in march 2015 of R2300.<br> I have been sending emails and proof of payments back and forth since then to various people.<br> I was told I would be refunded last Friday 05/06/2015 and I wasn't.<br> I have just contacted them to be met with a rude attendant who kept talking over me. <br> I was told the gentleman who had been helping me would \maybe"phone me back today"
