Horrible service HPCSA

I have been trying to get an Internship Duty Certificate since 26 July 2021. I have paid the relevant fees and courier fee, but have received no response from the hpcsa. I have send multiple follow up emails and phoned the helpline 5 times already. Every time I call I get told that someone will get back to me but no one ever does. Furthermore, I recently registered as a specialist with the HPCSA. On the website it is noted that my certificate has been dispatched on 20/7/2021. I have not received anything, and again all calls and emails to inquire about this has been blatantly ignored. I suppose this review will also just be ignored by the HPCSA but I feel like I have exhausted all other avenues and I don’t know what else to do. Wish I could give zero stars.
