It is such a nightmare getting anything from this institution. We are professionals, requiring professional assistance but you get given the run around all the time. They delay every process and it becomes your problem. I've had issues with Restoration, which caused a delay and now it's my problem because I have to work longer under supervision. I'm still having issues with the change of my surname. My registration for this new year is showing pending for the past 2 months.
