Farce and they Protect their Members.
The HPCSA covers for their members. Their members are supposed to keep medical records in terms of the law and the PAIA. When you request reports they tell you the Psychiatrist tells you she wrote the report on the form and didn't make a copy. But it was a typed report. They lie to you on behalf of their member Dr Reshmie Sivepersad. They go against their own rules and policies and the laws of South Africa!

10 Jun 2025, 03:52Now they tell me to contact Sanlam, as they only mediate! Sanlam has nothing to do with the HPCSA. The Psychiatrist is the member of the HPCSA and as a Medical Practitioner has signed an oath but apparently that means nothing anymore!
