Escalated escalations

I have been trying to get my certificate of registration for the past 2 weeks. I've been calling in every other day for updates and nothing has been done. I missed a deadline for an internship due to HPCSA *********** staff not attending to the matter timeously. I need to get my student psychologist certificate immediately.
