Unfortunately can't give them a negative rating. There website is questionable and their email response never actually gives you and answer. They just drag everything out to protect the doctors. Even when a Electrophysiologist Cardiologist preforms a procedure without written consent, they don't take action, even though the HPCSA Policies state there has to be written consent. They give you a reference number, but it is not traceable on their website. They tell you to follow up with the assigned investigator, but don't tell you who, give an email address or telephone number. Then they tell you it has been assigned to preliminary investigation and can't give you any further information. Typical of a government organization and they all think they are entitled.
