Does HPCSA care about patients or doctors or who?

I go back to my last report to Hellopeter in Oct.14 regarding a very unpleasant incident with Dr PF Swanepoel, an unregistered dentist in Bela Bela, Limpopo, whom my husband saw in Aug.13. He extracted a tooth, which should have been saved and treated and then asked for cash. It was discovered on claiming a refund from medical aid that he had not renewed his licence & therefore was not allowed to practice. We have been communicating with HPCSA since then and up to May,2015, via email, but have had no response or any satisfactory closure to this irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour! One assumes that either HPCSA has no teeth (excuse the pun!) or are not interested or unable or *********** to handle such a difficult matter. as one would expect such an organisation to support the patient and do everything in their power to resolve queries, especially unfair practice, which in this case, is actually a ******** offence! Is there no senior responsible, experienced individual who can assist once and for all, so we can get this matter closed and receive any compensation due to us, as well as get this dentist to stop practising if that has to happen? WHAT IS WRONG WITH HPCSA?????
