Documents to hpcsa

Really.... I cannot find the words to describe the unprofessional behavior at the hpcsa offices . my son dent documents by hand which was delivered personally to the offices of hpcsa.. But was told that it has to be sent via corrier . he did just that. The security guard or the receptionist refused to accept and sign. What kind of circus are they running there. Peoples livelihoods depends on this. Really sickening.
