Doctor unable to work
After several years of enduring the inefficiency of the HPCSA, I am finally complaining. Every year on 31 December a few thousand doctors must get their registration upgraded (intern to medical officer, etc.). It is ******** to work without being properly registered with the HPCSA. Why does this process have to take months? It is unfair to us as practitioners and to our patients. The system is flawed and its the same story every year. Absolutely pathetic.
