Disgusting service delivery HPCSA

I have been calling HPCSA daily , even sending emails to *** regarding verification from a institute for registration.i have sent numerous emails.I have spoken to a call center agent who also sent emails but still no response. It seems no one reads the emails.it is pathetic. I have paid the fee that was required R680.POP was sent immediately but still no acknowledgent, response. It seems no one is working or are they just ignoring the emails.this is hampering my registration due to the lack of inefficiency at the HPCSA. The verification was sent in March, resent thrice after that but nothing till 12pm today. I have even sent a complaint to *** to get some feedback, still waiting. I will continue to to phone and enquire and send emails everyday till i get feedback that the verification was sent to the institute. Disgusting service. Maybe this is the only platform to resort to to get feedback.
