Disgusting service delivery

The most awful and ********** service ever. App**** for a cerificate of good standing, the explanation of what is actually going on is horrific. No one knows anything and they say the certificates are not even on premises so they can’t post it. It’s been ages, several calls and emails. Absolutely shocking.
