Disgusted by the treatment i am getting.

It first took me 3months to get a new registration and now send me an invoice to pay with no registration and no reference, i am unable to pay Absa doesnt take payments with ID references. Hpcsa is suppose to send me a email with all payment details. On top of that Non of their phones are being answered.
