Blindsiding the customer

I reported a matter against a medical provider at the beginning of 2014. After constant follow up, the matter was only heard more than a year later. After having provided a lengthy affidavit with all of my concerns, as well as submitting proof of the doctor's negligence by way of emails as well as supporting documents from other practitioners, I was simply told that they have found no reason to pursue charges against the provider. I asked for an avenue of appeal, as I was not satisfied with the outcome, and the HPCSA have yet to come back to me. They have not provided a detailed explanation for their findings in favor of the provider. I was not allowed to be present at the hearing. If I don't hear back from these people, I will be pursuing the matter with a higher authority.
