Bad Bad BAd Service!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so disgusted with this Health professional council of South Africa. U would think you are dealing with professionals but no way. My son has been trying to register as an Independant EHP for the past 6 months to no avail. We have been sent these forms and spent more than R 2000 to Pretoria back and forth more than 7 times. I have even paid someone to go there personally on our behalf and still they keep sending him the same "incorrect" registration as a Comm serve!!!! Imagine you have to enter your career with such a bad welcome from a Council that is suppose to embrace you and your profession. We paid Fees for a registration that can just not happen. I hope the Head of any department in the institution can see and respond to this bad bad service.
