4 week delay in registration

I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get a registration done that takes 3-5 days! I’ve been calling them every day for the past 2-3 weeks and not one person has been able to help me. I have sent complaints to their service delivery department and have been calling their help desks numerous number of times. I can’t start my job now because of this 4 week delay in my life registration and they don’t seem to care
