4 Hours of waiting to register.

Went to the HPCSA offices in Pretoria today 14/11/2017 to register myself as a Biokineticist Intern. I arrived at the offices at 11:30 and gave in my application forms at 11:37. I was told to take a seat and wait to get my forms so I can pay the registration fee. 2 and a half hours later at 15:00 I was still waiting. I asked one of the employees, what can be taking so long because it is not possible to wait 2 and a half hours for paperwork.

Eventually my forms came at about 15:15 so that I can pay in give in the forms ,again, to get my certificate. And so another hour of waiting starts.

I think the service is poor and dismal. To wait 4 hours for an application, payment, and a certificate is really unacceptable and the service delivery is sub-standard at your institution. It is a very busy institution and some people waited even longer to be helped and to register.

If you can not handle the work load, reconsider the structures that is implemented for the registrations
