Wrong pricing communicated!!!

Today I can discribe as the work "shopping" ever...After I have been browsing around for a while and HP stayed on to of the list ad my 1st option, I visited the Clearwater store several times. Even twice today. I decided to fork out the money n buy! As I said I have been there a few times...

The lady that helped me said on my first visit 8.5k for the one desk top on the left, i3 speaking under correction and the i5 with the touch screen is R9 999. I went in decided today I'm taking it, gave some details as it's for my start up business but to my surprise the total was R15 999. I have to get samples from China tomorrow and couldn't afford 6k extra. Sadly and with much disappointment, I had to request a refund and after completing documents, I left without my money as well.

Not only am I now not in a position to get my samples in time from China due to my money not in my account and can't pay my proforma invoice but I am also sitting with no PC as I gave my current old laptop away in good faith knowing that I am getting my new one day.

This is exactly the type of thing that has the potential to cause me to loose a deal and miss deadlines. I trust that you will respond at your earliest convenience. Coz this caused me business... I want a response.
