Worthless Extended warranty

I am trying to get my HP Power Pavilion repaired.... When I bought it it came with an extended warranty from the HPSHOP. Great, so it is covered for three years instead of just one... That is if they actually fulfill their warranty... so far: Thursday last week, three phone calls to their warranty line, goes to message then cuts off. Friday two more phone calls then cuts off. Phone the shop and they get hold of the people who ebentually phone back and promise to organise collection for Monday. Monday 10AM: SMS saying couriers will collect wuthin 24-48 hours Tuesday nothing Wednesday phone couriers in the morning, they promise collection by end of day. Late afternoon the HP warranty guy phones to find out what is happening and promises to follow up with couriers Thursday (Today) Now couriers claim they have never heard of the collection. The phone number for the HP Warranty line still not working AND the email address just bounces! Seems like the extended warranty from the HPSHOP is worthless!
