Worst service from HP Shop

Bought goods from the HP Shop on the 30th of April due to the fact that their website said from the 1st of May 2020 they would be able to deliver good due to the Lockdown level 4. This was great news due to the fact that we need to home school and need to print documents etc.

Bought a printer and extra cartridges as (according to their website) have stock of everything. After paying my goods a message came up saying that if I have ordered before 11am I will receive my goods between 2 - 3 days (for outlaying areas.) on day 3 with no site of any goods being delivered I tried phoning the HP Shop. That was a complete fail as no one answers calls or the phone just dies.

Sent a mail to them, and also a message from their website. Also no communications received back. Phoned a HP Store from their website and the representative tells me they are independent from the HP Shop but will take my details and send it to them.

Eventually I get a hold of a HP Shop representative and he tells me that my order has not been processed due to no stock of the cartridges. I told him that their website did not mention that because if it did I woud not buy anything from them. He tells me that he will ship the printer so long with the default cartridges and I will receive it on the 6th of May 2020.

At 2 o'clock on the 6th of May 2020 i started phoning HP Shop again. No answer, phone dies. Got hold of another HP Store and spoke to Attie and Thabo and they said that they are independent but would send through my details to the HP Store.

Up until now (8th of May 2020) no one from the HP Shop phoned, rep**** to ALL my messages sent via their website, a message sent from hp.com, details given to the HP Stores and leaving a message via Twitter .

What else can I do? At this point they can cancel my order and refund my money so that I can take my business some else as I know I will get better service from any other company.

HP Shop can close their doors.
