Warning - Avoid HP Shop

Ordered an ink cartridge that was not delivered on promised date. Each time I queried the delivery moves later by a day. I have had telephonic and email correspondence with the HP Shop. Via email they gave me a waybill reference that related to September 2019 and on today's telephonic query the cartridge has not been despatched yet!! Today I requested a refund and it will be interesting to see what materialises and how long it will take.
