Unauthorized Debit Order

I need somebody from HP Gateway to call me as soon as possible, I am not understanding how my partber has been charged for a contract he was initially told he does not qualify for. I have been trying to get ahold of you people and the numbers provided on Google do not work!!!! Somebody ring me ASAP, this is my mobile number *** or email. If not I will be seaking advice from the Ombudsman!
