Terrible Service

<p>We ordered a printer from them, paid, sent the EFT to them. When requesting an urgent delivery, I was told that they would only deliver the day after the payment reflects in their account (Thursday). I find it completely unacceptable, that i have to follow up each and every timee after calling and requesting assistance. They have the POP but still refuse to assist me with an earlier delivery. We purchased it from HP for the promise of a quick delivery, if i had known this, i would have gone to takealot and paid extra for next day delivery.</p>
