Take ur cash 4 goods advertised but 'don't exist'
I ordered HP84 black replacement cartridges, as advertised on their website. They confirm the order and take the money off your account. Then NOTHING!! No follow up, no shipping confirmation, no correspondence at all. After a week, I phone the help line.The operator tells me that the product is 'end of range' and is not available anymore. Why did they never inform me and why did I have to phone them?!! I then requested a reversed on my account. Another week later &

As correctly mentioned, the HP 84 ink cartridge is end of life as per the manufacturer.
Apologies for the delayed response regarding the refund, however, this will be processed and will reflect into your bank account within the next day or so.
An internal investigation will also be done as to why the refund was not processed the first time it was requested.
