So far so good, Lets hope for the best.

I give 3 cause it was a 50/50 service. When I received my new laptop I was very sad that the harddrive were faulty, so I sent it back, then to find out the package was sent to the wrong place branch. I waited and waited. I followed up and eventually sent my new one and now I am very happy. So far so good!
