Sad but true

So I received my HP laptop and loved it...but after a day it started fixing and fixing and fixing, I spoke yo Microsoft cause I thought it was Windows but it was actually HP laptop HDD so when I contacted HP support I then learned my brand new laptop HDD faulty! This is after I loaded my last copy Coral Draw (I had a CD with 3 pc copies) this was my last copy! So guess what I have to buy another! They will not help me! They have take the laptop back so now I have to wait another week to get the new one!
