Promises of next day delivery a ****

Using HP's web site for ordering and paying for new printer cartridges and despite promises of next day delivery, it is now 2 weeks that I am without a useful printer because of cartridges. I e-mailed and phoned twice to complain about lack of action. Every time I phoned I was told that people were not available ( once they were in a meeting !! and the second time there was no-one in the department ) but I was sincerely promised that the person I spoke to would phone me back as soon as someone would be available to listen to my complaint.<br> Extremely poor handling of a simple task.<br>
